Dieter le Noir

Founder and Board Member

A physician since 1995 and a pioneer in integrative medicine, he has enhanced his training with studies in Oriental medicine in India and naturopathy in the United States, Switzerland, and Germany. His approach combines diverse medical traditions with a holistic vision of health, balancing the biological, mental, and emotional aspects of the human being. Guided by the principle of “Healing the earth to heal humanity,” in 1998 he created Rancho La Paz in Valle de Bravo, a space dedicated to soil regeneration and the cultivation of medicinal plants. In 2010, his commitment to child nutrition led him to establish Fundación Valle La Paz, with the purpose of improving the quality of life for children and youth through health, nutrition, education, and music programs.

Guillermo Del Conde

Board Member

He studied mechanical engineering at UNAM and has dedicated his life to founding and selling businesses. With over 30 years of experience in humanitarian work, he has served as a board member for various organizations, including Fundación Casa de Santa Hipólita and APAC. Since 2021, he has been a benefactor and advisor to Fundación Valle La Paz, helping to strengthen support in multiple areas to combat inequality.

Andreas le Noir

Board Member

A mechanical engineer with a background in finance and administration, Andreas founded Grupo HI-TEC in 1992 to promote CNC technology in Mexico, Latin America, and Europe. His social commitment has led him to serve as a board member for various organizations and, through Grupo HI-TEC, to support the development and professionalization of Fundación Valle La Paz.

Miguel Limón

Founder, Music and Education Advisor

A lawyer from UNAM with doctoral studies at the University of Aix-Marseille, Miguel has held public administration positions in education and social development, including serving as Mexico’s Secretary of Education. Since 2010, he has been a key figure in Fundación Valle La Paz’s growth, securing vital support for its development. He is currently President of the Fundación para las Letras Mexicanas and continues promoting education and culture.

María del Carmen Campillo

Education Advisor

A pedagogue from the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional with master’s degrees in Values Education and Mindfulness, she has developed programs in socio-emotional learning, sexual education, and civic training. She has also collaborated with organizations supporting vulnerable children and has worked in educational research and as a consultant for international organizations. Since the inception of Fundación Valle La Paz in 2010, she has been involved in its educational initiatives and currently advises on the planning and implementation of a comprehensive educational program.

Ana Paula Hernández

Advisor in Peace Education

Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Master’s in Human Rights, and PhD in Social Responsibility. Founding partner of Proyecto Paz, where she promotes programs on peace education, conflict transformation, and restorative practices. She coordinates the diploma program in Peace Education and Human Rights at Ibero University and is a member of the IFIT council of the Global Initiative Against Polarization. Currently, she leads the National Dialogue for Peace. Since 2024, she has joined the team to implement the “Schools for Peace” project, strengthening our commitment to building peaceful and inclusive educational environments.

Morgan Szymanski

Music Advisor

A classical guitarist, composer, and arts advocate. He studied at institutions such as UNAM, the Edinburgh Music School, and the Royal College of Music in London. He has performed internationally and has been awarded multiple grants and recognitions. In 2016, he founded P.R.I.S.M.A., a program bringing music and the arts to underserved communities. Since 2018, he has collaborated with Fundación Valle La Paz’s community choir through music and arts workshops.

Abelardo Ávila

Public Health & Nutrition Advisor

A physician and Doctor in Social Sciences specializing in child nutrition. He is part of the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Médicas y Nutrición Salvador Zubirán, where he researches and designs programs to combat malnutrition. He has played a crucial role in developing Fundación Valle La Paz’s nutrition program, ensuring its continuity through institutional support and impact evaluation.

Armando García

Operations Advisor

An agricultural engineer with 30 years of experience in regenerative agriculture. Since 2021, he has advised the nutrition program at Fundación Valle La Paz, bringing expertise in agroecology and food security to enhance the quality and sustainability of children’s diets. He also supports the foundation through donations of organic vegetables and eggs, improving access to nutritious food in the communities.

Claudia Jakobsmeier

Fundraising Advisor

Since 2015, Claudia has been involved in volunteer work in Africa, supporting an orphanage in Kitengela, Kenya, for children who lost their parents to HIV. She is also a board member of Edificando Sueños, where she helps a Mazahua women’s community market their embroidered textiles. She has participated in initiatives such as YA RESPONDISTE, which redistributes surplus restaurant food to people in need. Since 2017, she has actively supported Fundación Valle La Paz in fundraising and outreach.

Verónica Aristizábal

Fundraising Advisor

An early childhood educator from the University of Chile, Verónica has worked on educational projects in rural communities and is a co-founder of Casa Hogar Alegría, where she supported girls without parental care for over two decades. In 2017, she specialized in Waldorf Education and joined the international Emergency Pedagogy network. With experience in educational management and teacher training, she has contributed to Fundación Valle La Paz’s fundraising efforts and currently works with young girls in emergency pedagogy.

Josefina Salazar

Finance and Strategy Advisor

A finance and strategy expert with experience in portfolio management, financial structuring, and biotechnology. She is a chemical engineer with a Master’s in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College. She has led investment strategies and financial consulting at SAJA Advisory & Family Office and has held positions at Banorte International, Johnson & Johnson Innovation, and Accenture. Her expertise combines financial planning, operational transformation, and innovation. She supports Fundación Valle La Paz’s professionalization and growth.

Eric Jackemin

Strategy and Finance Consultant

A consultant in strategy, operations, and finance with a Master’s in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College. He has advised companies in infrastructure, energy, and consumer goods, specializing in financial analysis, corporate structuring, and operational optimization. As co-founder of SAJA Advisory, he has led projects in growth and sustainability. His global perspective and data-driven approach have been key in Fundación Valle La Paz’s professionalization.

Yolanda Suárez del Real

General Management

During her work as a psychologist on a Palliative Care team at the National Cancer Institute in Mexico, she witnessed firsthand the impact of agrochemicals and pesticides on health, as they are responsible for chronic and degenerative diseases. This experience shaped her commitment to promoting health and preventing illnesses. In 2010, alongside Dieter le Noir and Miguel Limón, she co-founded the non-profit organization Fundación Valle La Paz, where she currently oversees Health, Nutrition, Education, and Music programs in rural communities in Valle de Bravo, with the goal of improving the quality of life for individuals and their environment.

Lavinia Negrete

Music Program Manager

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Gregorian Chant from the Escuela Superior de Música Sacra de Guadalajara and in Cultural Management from the Universidad de Guadalajara. Lavinia has had music as the driving force in her life for many years. She has conducted choirs and performed on national and international stages. Since 2016, she has led the Fundación Valle La Paz Community Choir, where she works on restoring the social fabric through music, fostering integration and community development through singing and artistic expression.

Mónica Jazmín Cruz

Nutrition Program Manager

Passionate about healthy eating and its impact on the community, Jazmín is a nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Educational Innovation for Sustainability and knowledge of permaculture. She has worked in clinical research and hospital nutrition; however, her calling led her to focus on community nutrition. Since 2021, she has spearheaded the reopening of the school breakfast and lunch program and now oversees the comprehensive nutrition program at Fundación Valle La Paz, contributing to improving the quality of life in rural communities in Valle de Bravo.

Saraí Constanza Suárez

Community Kitchens Management

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Creation and Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey and is a member of AMPEC Universitario. Saraí has always sought to be involved in projects with social and environmental impact. Her passion for purpose-driven entrepreneurship led her to join Fundación Valle La Paz in April 2024, where she contributes to the management and operation of community kitchens.

Juan Jorge Heatley

Infrastructure & Maintenance Department

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Universidad Iberoamericana. With extensive experience in the social sector, he has worked in health, education, and community development in both public and civil spheres. He has dedicated himself to promoting the rights of people with disabilities and managing specialized medical care. Since 2021, he has been responsible for infrastructure and maintenance at Fundación Valle La Paz.

Ángel Estrada

Field Operator and Transportation Assistant

Familiar with the region and committed to the community, Ángel has worked in farming and ranch maintenance. With a secondary education and a driver’s license, he plays a key role in the foundation’s logistics. Since 2022, he has supported the reception and distribution of supplies and the maintenance of Fundación Valle La Paz’s facilities.

Israel Suárez Juárez

Master Architect in Sustainable Design & Construction

Works to inspire a new paradigm of conscious architecture where projects achieve zero-waste circularity. Collaborates with Valle La Paz Foundation on school kitchen constructions, music classroom renovations, and other spaces—actively engaging future users in the design process.

Andrea Esquitín

Guitar Teacher

A guitarist and singer-songwriter from the State of Mexico, Andrea studied at the Conservatory of Music of the State of Mexico, earning a degree as a Jazz Instrumentalist Technician in 2015. She has performed at national and international forums and festivals. Since 2021, she has been part of Fundación Valle La Paz’s music team, teaching guitar and ukulele. She is currently producing her first album as a singer-songwriter.

Elisa Alcocer

English Teacher

A pedagogue from UNAM with studies in English language in Mexico, the United States, and Great Britain. She has been an English teacher for over 30 years at institutions in Mexico City and Valle de Bravo. Her passion for art led her to train in drawing and painting at the Academy of San Carlos and work in the studios of renowned artists such as Nishizawa and Aceves Navarro. Since 2019, she has collaborated with Fundación Valle La Paz, teaching English in primary schools in La Huerta San Agustín and Mesa Rica.

Julio César Reyes

Guitar Teacher

A musician and singer-songwriter from Valle de Bravo with over 20 years of experience in guitar performance and teaching. He has performed at private events, festivals, and participated in the Festival de las Almas in 2023 and 2024. In 2024, he joined Fundación Valle La Paz’s music program as a Level I guitar instructor, helping train young musicians. He is also involved in artistic event production and is working on his first audiovisual solo project.

Ana Regina Cuarón 

Vocal Instructor

A Mexican singer and actress with an extensive career in musical theater. She has performed in productions such as Regina, Víctor Victoria, Hairspray, and The Sound of Music, and has collaborated with artists like Raúl Di Blasio. Her experience includes performances at the Auditorio Nacional and starring in musicals in both Mexico and the United States. Currently, in addition to her stage work, she teaches early childhood music using the Meifritz Musiktherapie and Dalcroze methods.

Amaresh Narro

Audiovisual Artist

Documentary filmmaker and cinematographer specialized in the preservation of film and photographic materials as historical testimonies. Co-founder of Toluca Análogo (2016) and creator of Obscura Films (2019), a production company dedicated to documentary cinema.

She worked at the State of Mexico Legislature (2016-2022) as head of the photographic laboratory and collaborates with the Archivo Fílmico Reyes. In 2023, she participated in the production of Lumbrensueño, premiered at the 80th Venice Biennale and the Morelia International Film Festival.

With over a decade of experience as a photojournalist, her work has been published in media outlets such as BBC News and Mexikopedie, and she has collaborated with Amnesty International and Fundación Valle La Paz.

Arturo Sam

Accounting & Finance

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial. With over 30 years of experience, he has worked in auditing and accounting for civil organizations. He is a founding partner of SPC Contadores y Abogados, S.C. and an independent member of the EAI International Network. He has collaborated with international institutions and, since 2012, has managed the accounting for Fundación Valle La Paz.

Héctor Vázquez Arana

Legal Advisor

A lawyer from Escuela Libre de Derecho, with a diploma in Taxation from ITAM and a Master’s degree from Universidad La Salle. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in the nonprofit sector, working in both public and private law. He has collaborated on national projects involving authorities and civil society organizations and has served as an expert for Mexico in the “Civil Society Organization Sustainability Index” reports in 2020 and 2021. Currently, he is the Legal Advisor for Fundación Valle La Paz, contributing to its legal development and strengthening.
